PROFILE

SHORT BIOGRAPHY

I am delighted to have the opportunity to share my profile.  My academic journey started  at Department of Management Studies, Jahangirnagar University as Lecturer in August 2014. In 2023 and 2016 I have been promoted to  Associate Professor and Assistant Professor  respectively. I hold a Ph.D.  in the faculty of Business Studies at University of Dhaka in 2023.  My Doctoral research concentrated on TQM  in the banking industry of Bangladesh.  Prior to my Ph.D., I earned Master of Business Administration (MBA)  major in Strategic & International Management in 2006 and Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) major in Management Studies in 2005  from   Department of Management Studies, Faculty of Business Studies, University of Dhaka.  My research interest sparked on TQM, Knowledge Management, Talent Management,  Human Resource Development, Entrepreneurship, Strategic Management,   Work life Balance, Green HRM and Career Management. I am looking forward to contributing in participating  intellectual exchange, exploring research ideas, demonstrating scholarly endeavours and showcasing impactful insights.
